good thing you're NOT picasso.... cuz he's 'puter illiterate.... years ago, he was trying to do a blog in 'ply... meant to click submit/publish, but clicked delete... he got so irked he tossed his laptop off a pyrenees mountain top... so, you're waaaaaaaaaaay ahead of him, cuz you managed to blog 'bout your art!
hey... i like your painting... and the concept of doing so to music... (my best of fine friends, jake, started a sketch class last year (i've known him 50 years, and didn't know he had such an inclination... he's loving it)... (also didn't know til last year, he's quite a foot-fetishist... which is, of course, not relevant to your post... well, unless pablo was also quite fond of feet)... (okay, now let's get back on track)..... so... when i next speak with jake, i'll mention your experiment... suggest he tries different tunes and just goes with the musical flows... i think he'll do it... and dig it....
annnnnnnnd, the song you painted to.... intriguing... brings out certain impulses/emotions/notions.... (but i like your painting more than the song, cuz your painting feels more organic than electronic)..
hey... this next song... i could see you painting to it... i get a brush-strokes sense from it...
(and if you see pablo at your next class, give him a fistbump from me... and teach him how to post a damn blog!)....
Thanks. It's kind of you folk to give me such a generous assessment. I think I will do some more of this kind of thing. I have a great big roll of white paper to splash about on. Thanks David for the music..def will try it.
I'm not in just now, but you're welcome to stay a while and doodle me a note. Make yourself a cuppa if you like, otherwise there's some beer in the fridge, and probably some left-over chocolate cake. No pinching my turkish delight though, and whatever you do, don't feed the cat, she's completely loony.
That's cool. Chalk ja?
ReplyDeleteUnd was ist sein kinderkarten?........:)
